Well, one will be ON the radio. Greg Swann, who doesn't stop by here often enough, will be a featured speaker. Yours truly has been tagged to be the "Guest Blogger" and will be participating virtually through his well-worn keyboard.
Greg tells the story best on his *excellent* Bloodhoundblog. In a nutshell, we'll be on a talk radio discusson on KJZZ 91.5 FM tomorrow at 11:00. Any Phoencians out there should listen in (or blog in) as in addition to Greg, a local real estate economist will also be on the show. The topic is, of course, Phoenix are real estate.
How does one blog on talk radio? Good question... KJZZ is the Phoenix area Public/NPR station and invites listener participation in many ways. You can do the standard call-in, or you can blog in.
A podcast will be available after the show, and of course, the blog will be up for all eternity.
TWO ActiveRainers to be on Phoenix Radio!

Excellent Jay,
I wish I got phoenix area radio all the way over here...if anyone happens to record it or podcast it, I'd like to know where and when to find it...
There should be a podcast up shortly after the show at http://kjzz.org/programs/hereandnow/local
I'm really looking forward to hearing Greg. If he speaks as well as he writes, it will be quite interesting.
Thanks so much for the BloodHoundRealty blog link and for the podcast link! I'll have to keep checking in until they update it and post it. Congratulations - HOW EXCITING!
I have a question for you - how did you get involved with that? How did it come about that you were invited to participate?

Great question Janet! It all came out of actively blogging. I found the BloodhoundBlog several weeks ago. Been reading it daily since. Commenting on Greg's blog, backlinking to some of his posts, etc. and we got to "know" and respect each other. He was invited to be on the show (I assume because he's very visible in the community as he writes a regular column in the Phoenix paper) and Greg asked the producer of the show to invite me. The rest is history!
The podcast for this radio segment is now available. Links to it and the blog comments are available HERE.
(As for the podcast, no special equipment is required to listen to it. It'll play on Windows MediaPlayer, which you have if you're running Windows...)
